The Massachusetts Chapter is the recipient of the 2016 FamMedPAC Large Chapter Award as the Large Chapter with the highest total amount contributed to the PAC last year.

50 Members of the Massachusetts Chapter contributed $16,146 to the PAC.

Thanks to the members’ strong support, FamMedPAC was able to raise more money in the 2016 election cycle than in any previous election cycle. These funds allowed them to contribute $1,020,200 to 155 candidates and committees, breaking the $1 million level for the first time and helping promote family medicine’s political agenda. 89% of FamMedPAC supported candidates won their election and now serve in the 115th Congress.

The award was presented during the ACLF/NCCL conference in Kansas City.
