The Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians is made up of physicians who go above and beyond their call of duty. Each individual provides a very important component to their community and to the people they serve.

Innovation in Family Medicine Award Criteria:

• The recipient of this award is recognized for innovation in any aspect of Family Medicine, including care delivery, population health, education, technology integration, practice efficiency/sustainability, or patient experience.  Innovation(s) associated with demonstration of impact and sustainability will be prioritized for consideration.
